Hey! I'm Joanne, I am a Personal Trainer and a dedicated Assessor in Vocational Education and Training who has a strong passion to help Women with their fitness journey and to explore the opportunity of helping other Women to do the same!

Throughout the past 5 years of my life there has been many highs and lows and I have been set many challenges and difficult situations in which I am extremely grateful for. Throughout those 5 years I have learned so much about myself and this gave me direction to make good decisions and to create healthy habits both mentally and physically.
I have learned a lot about how the mind and body works which has enabled me to help wonderful women to succeed in theirs goals.
